We counsel banks, non-regulated lenders and other creditors with bankruptcy, workouts, debt restructures, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) issues, foreclosures, collections and other creditors rights matters. In doing so, we manage client risk through planning, negotiating and documenting debt restructurings to successfully recast debt, secure additional collateral, postpone actions and resolve bankruptcy and collection issues through negotiation, litigation or a transactional approach.
