Biniam T. Tesfamariam is an associate at Roth Jackson, supporting the firm in all of its practice areas, including commercial litigation, direct marketing law, employment law, land use and zoning, and privacy issues.

Mr. Tesfamariam has litigated cases and counseled clients in a wide variety of complex and non-complex disputes, including individual and class-action cases arising out of contract, federal and state consumer-protection statutes, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, creditor’s rights, and privacy issues.

Prior to joining Roth Jackson, Mr. Tesfamariam was an attorney at an AM-100 firm litigating in the consumer financial services space.  Mr. Tesfamariam draws on his prior experience assisting national banks, consumer reporting agencies, and other financial services institutions in complex nationwide litigation matters and review and counsel of compliance procedures to provide clients with realistic expectations and creative strategies to handle the multitude of issues that present themselves throughout the litigation process.
