Our firm had the pleasure of undergoing a firm-wide Unconscious Bias Training hosted by Jacquie at the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities this morning. Fruitful discussions, moments of introspection and a broad spectrum of ideas made it a pleasure to be a part of. We hope that the training helps us better serve our community, our clients, and our fellow coworkers with a better understanding of a variety of worldviews and cultures.
