Linh Flores is an associate at Roth Jackson and supports the firm in all practice areas, with a primary focus on commercial litigation and immigration law. She has experience negotiating and drafting contracts and settlement agreements as well as advocating for clients in the courtroom. She is client-focused and diligently strives to achieve the best results for clients in an efficient and effective manner.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Flores served as a contract negotiator and a civilian attorney with the Department of the Navy, Office of the General Counsel (Navy OGC). In this role, she assisted in the defense of bid protests, and also provided advice and support regarding government acquisition regulations and fiscal law matters implicated during the pre-award stage of significant Department of Navy acquisitions. Ms. Flores also served as a summer law clerk for the Navy OGC’s highly-selective summer clerkship program in 2010 and has worked at the Washington Navy Yard and the Pentagon.
