Ashley B. Kyle

Ashley B. Kyle is of Counsel at Roth Jackson. Ms. Kyle focuses on commercial real estate, finance and land use. She also has experience in commercial litigation and direct marketing and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Roth Jackson, Ms. Kyle worked on a diverse set of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and financing. She has experience representing developers on various matters related to large residential community projects. Ms. Kyle also has experience drafting organizational, conveyance, and loan documents, as well as conducting due diligence reviews for various other real estate transactions.

Ms. Kyle is also an adjunct professor at the Antonin Scalia Law School (formerly George Mason University School of Law). She has taught Legal Research and Writing classes in both the JD and JM programs.
