Timothy S. Feehan

Tim Feehan is a member at Roth Jackson and represents businesses and professionals in litigation and transaction matters. Tim has extensive trial experience, having represented clients in numerous state and federal courts in matters concerning commercial contracts and leases; shareholder disputes; trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation; employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour actions; and tax controversy claims. He regularly advises clients on risk management and litigation strategy issues; business formation, acquisition, and sale alternatives; labor, employment, and personnel issues; trust and estate administration matters; and real estate and equipment financing.

He is the author of the Virginia chapter in State Wage and Hour Laws, BNA Books, since 2004 and speaks frequently on employment and business issues.
